Law and Economics of Intellectual Property Research - A Lawyer's Perspective
In this talk, I provide some thoughts about where law and economics research of intellectual property stands today and what role legal scholars can and should play. To exemplify my points, I present an overview of three research projects I am currently working on (involving formal models as well as experimental and empirical research).
